The Batesville 7th Grade had there first match against Greensburg and lost. The scores were 18-25 and 21-25.
Laney Walsman led the team with one kill. Following with a hit was Ashlee Cornn, Cayman Werner, Kaityln Sarringhaus, and Jadyn Harrington with strong hits. Timbre Davies lead the team with 3 aces.
The girls pushed and worked very hard for there first game.
The 8th Grade BMS volleyball team earned a win against Greensburg: 25-18, 25-13.
Brayleigh Patterson earned 14 points including 3 aces and Shelby Westerfeld added 12 points with 2 aces. In the front line Sophie Lee, Jade Kopp, Gabby Elston all earned a kill. Shelby Westerfeld also had a kill and a block. Katie Shane added 3 solid hits. In the back row Sydnee Schafer had some good passing. Their record is 1-0.
