Batesville, in. — Due to potential changes in the funding formula from the state of Indiana the Readiness Kindergarten program will be transitioning to a community PreK program called Little Bulldog Academy. With this change, there will be a cost associated with this program and Batesville Community School Corporation transportation will not be offered. Readiness Kindergarten registration previously set for Thursday, March 8, 2018 has been canceled.
Parents are invited to a meeting on Monday, February 26, 2018 at 6:30 p.m. in the BPS cafeteria. Also attending this meeting will be Mr. Ketcham, Superintendent at BCSC, Melissa Burton, Director of Student Learning at BCSC, and Suzanne Kunkel, Associate Principal at BPS. During this meeting, we will answer your questions and discuss the Little Bulldog Academy with you.
