Vevay, IN—On Wednesday, Brandon W. Mardis, 26, of Williamstown Ky, was arrested after the conclusion of a joint investigation between the Switzerland County Sheriff’s Office, and the Vevay Police Department Office. Mardis made an appearance in Switzerland Circuit Court on Friday to enter an initial plea on the charges of Attempted Sexual Misconduct with a Minor Level 4 Felony, Child Solicitation Level 4 Felony, and Dissemination of Matter Harmful to a Minor Level 6 felony.
Mardis is currently being held on a $10,000 cash bond at the Switzerland Co. Jail.
