Joyce Barrows, age 75 of Cleves, Ohio passed away Sunday, August 25, 2019 at her home. Born May 20, 1944 in Owenton, Kentucky the daughter of Leonard “Jake” and Christine (Wilson) Lusby.
Joyce attended Taylor High School and worked at Mount St. Joseph University for 25 years.
Joyce is survived by her children Carl (Theresa) Lacey, Paul Lacey, Tonjia (Jamie) Johnson and Earl Barrows. Grandmother of Matthew (Lori), Stephanie, Adam (Jessica), Sydney, Casey and Rachel. Great grandmother of Gabriel, Madeline, Samuel and Evelyn. Sister of Bobby (Terri) Lusby and Cecil (Debbie) Lusby. Sister in law of Stella Lusby.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents Leonard “Jake and Christine Lusby, husband Steve Burk and siblings Joe, Carrol Gene, Ray, Junior, Bill, JC and Jackie Lusby.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
