Johnny Ray Nappier, 63, of Dillsboro passed away Sunday, March 15, 2026, at his home. Johnny was born on Monday, October 15, 1962, in Lawrenceburg; son of Robert L. Nappier Sr. and Doris May (Wilcox) Nappier. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion at the Dillsboro American Legion Post #292. He enjoyed shooting pool and enjoying a cold beer with his friends.
Johnny will be missed by his brother Ronald (Andrea) Nappier of Dillsboro; nephews Sean Nappier of Heath, Ohio and Troy Nappier of Crestview, Florida; nieces Jennifer (Sean) Steele of Louisville, Kentucky and Lora (Kreg) Sweeney of Orlando, Florida; and great-nieces and nephews Michael, David, Daniel, Amber, Chloe, and Jayden.
There are no services at this time. Memorials may be given in honor of Johnny to Sons of the American Legion (Dillsboro.)
