Joan M. Lambert, 88, Greensburg, passed away on Sunday, June 2, 2024, at The Willows of Greensburg.
Joan was born on May 11, 1936, in Schenectady, New York.
She was married to James H. Lambert on January 2, 1982, in Batesville and he preceded her in death on January 12, 1996.
She worked as a medical transcriber for many years, retiring in 1990.
Joan was a member of the Greensburg United Methodist Church and a member of the Handbell Choir at the church as well.
She did volunteer work for different organizations and was a member of the Greensburg Senior Center.
Joan is survived by her granddaughter; Jessica Reames, and several close friends in Greensburg.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son; John Michael Reames, sister; Carolyn Martin, and brother; Murray Hodge.
A private graveside service will be held for the family at a later date.
