Jean E. (Andwan) Seaver

Jean E. (Andwan) Seaver, 85, of Aurora, Indiana, passed away Thursday, November 5, 2020 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana.

She was born September 16, 1935 in Dover, IN, daughter of the late Frank and Estella (Nead) Andwan.

Jean was a laborer for Seagram’s, retiring after over 40 years of service.

Jean enjoyed cooking and baking, she was the best around. She loved the outdoors, whether it was watching the hummingbirds, deer and squirrels, or mowing the grass and tending to her flower garden. Jean was an animal lover, but her home and family were everything to her.

Jean is survived by her loving spouse of 46 years, Don Seaver, children, Debbie (Darwin “Diz”) Disbro of Aurora, IN, Jim (Carol) Ashcraft of Milan, IN, John (Jackie) Seaver of Versailles, IN; siblings, Anita (late Bill) Ratz of Brookville, IN, twin sister, Joan (Larry) Rennekamp of Waldron, IN, Larry (Laurita) Andwan of Dover, IN; grandchildren, Tom, Jason, Johnnie, Shawn, Chasity, Steve, Ronnie, Heather & Cami; several great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and son, Dolan “Butch” and his wife Debby Seaver.

Friends will be received Monday, November 9, 2020, 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, Indiana.

Services will be held at the funeral home at 2:00 pm with Pastor Tom Holt officiating.

Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
