Janet Louise Moning (nee Lay), passed away peacefully at the age of 83 on September 15, 2023. Janet was the daughter of Ralph and Margaret Lay; loving mother of Laura (Steve), Brian, Karen & Beth (Joe); devoted grandmother of Jessi, Kristen, Cash, & Lila, and great-grandmother of Annalise, Xander, Logan, Abigail, and Olivia; dearest sister to Susan (Trey) Tucker, and numerous nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by former husband and friend Tony Moning, dear granddaughter Samantha, and sister Margie.
