Janet Baer, 86, of Lawrenceburg, IN, passed away Tuesday, April 9, 2024.
She was born September 5, 1937, in Midland, OH, daughter of the late Henry Taylor and Helen (Patton) Taylor.
She worked as an Administrative Assistant for A.M Kinney and PEDCO Environmental.
Janet was an avid golfer, she, and her late husband Jim, played in all 50 states. She loved making crafts and eating out. Janet truly never met a stranger.
She enjoyed her time on vacation with family and friends in New Smyrna Beach, Florida.
Janet is survived by her son, Brad (Jonna) Miller of Cincinnati, OH; daughter, Tami Anderson, Cincinnati, OH; step daughters, Jodi (Eric) Hussung of Aurora, IN, Juli Baer (Josh) Samet of Washington DC; grandchildren, Alli Miller, Zac Miller, Brady Anderson, Kelli Anderson, Christian Hussung, Madison Love, Ryan Hussung, Jade Samet.
She was preceded in death by her parents Henry and Helen Taylor; and her loving husband, James “Jim” Baer, who she missed dearly.
Friends will be received Saturday, April 20, 2024, 10:00 am – 12:00 pm at the Rullman Hunger Funeral Home, 219 Mechanic Street, Aurora, IN.
A Memorial Service will be held at the funeral home at 12:00 pm.
Interment will follow in the River View Cemetery, Aurora, Indiana.
