Ivy Tech Community College will celebrate its 3rd annual Ivy Tech Days of Service, which will take place April 24-26 at all campuses statewide.
More than 1,000 Ivy Tech students, faculty and staff from every Ivy Tech region will be completing service projects in their local communities.
Local participants will work with the Dearborn County Solid Waste and Recycling Center on Tuesday.
Volunteers will complete a clean-up project while promoting recycling and environmental awareness, as well as a celebration of Earth Day.
Students and faculty at the Madison Campus will participate in the Jefferson County United Way Bowl for Kids’ Sake event on Saturday, April 26. Students have formed their own team to raise funds and awareness and will be on hand to assist as event volunteers.
