(Greensburg, IN) – Heavy Trash Pickup Week is underway in the City of Greensburg and runs through Friday.
It’s only for Greensburg residents on a city trash route, and items placed on the curb will be picked up the same day as regular garbage collection.
Residents are reminded to put items out on the curb a couple of days before pick up.
Small items must be bagged, and bags must weigh under 40 pounds.
There are certain items that are not permitted to be included with heavy trash.
Brush and yard waste will not be collected during Heavy Trash Week.
