ISP to Host Drug Take Back Day Saturday

(Versailles, IN) – The Indiana State Police Versailles Post will partner with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) this Saturday for Prescription Drug Take Back Day.

The goal is to prevent prescription drug abuse and theft through the proper disposal of prescription drugs.

Unwanted, unused or expired meds can be dropped off at the Versailles Post between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. on Saturday.

This program is for liquid and pill medications.

Vaping pens without batteries and vaping cartridges will also be taken.

Needles, new or used, will not be accepted for disposal.

This is a free and anonymous service with no questions asked.
