RUSH COUNTY, Ind. — The Indiana Department of Transportation plans to close US Highway 52 in Rush County for up to 45 days, starting on March 23, to replace a culvert Southeast of Rushville.
The culvert is located about 3.5 miles southeast of State Road 3 between County Roads 300 South and 250 East.
A signed detour will route traffic around construction via State Road 3 and State Road 244.
Weather permitting US 52 is expected to be open to traffic again in late April with all work on the project being completed before August.
