IASP names Rising Stars of IN Class of ’25

(Indianapolis, IN) – Thirty-two students from eight area high schools have been selected by the Indiana Association of School Principals as Rising Stars of Indiana Class of 2025.

Each Indiana high school was invited to recognize up to four students who are currently in or have just finished their junior year based on academic achievement.

The program is non-competitive and aims to increase scholarship opportunities for those students.

The Rising Stars of Indiana Class of 2025 from local schools are:

  • Batesville: Lucy Abplanalp, Sarah Bedel, Abigail Hartz, and Shanna Smith.
  • East Central: Ava Arnult, Annabelle Black, Delaney Donawerth, and Emily Klem.
  • Greensburg: Christopher Mains, Madisyn Morlan, Tam Ngo, and Chase Tekulve.
  • Jac-Cen-Del: Weston Ertel, Hailey Kunz, Lillian Long, and Jacob Ricke.
  • Milan: Lucas Drew, Anna Herzog, Amelia Starkey, and Nathan Voss.
  • North Decatur: Cecilia Barber, Anna Mauer, Cooper Parmer, and Emma Schoettmer.
  • Oldenburg Academy: Jacob Hilbert, Zachary Hoff, Caroline Niese, and Annabelle Nunlist.
  • South Ripley: Alexa Franklin, Ellie Lauber, Elizabeth McKittrick, and Leah Shepard.
