New Point, IN—Shortly after 5 pm on Thursday, the New Point Community Volunteer Fire Department received a dispatch of a structure fire on County Road 210 South. Once crews arrived they found a two-story home fully engulfed in flames. Smoke from the fire could be seen for miles as described by witnesses. The Greensburg Fire Department, Clarksburg Community Fire Department, Napoleon Community Volunteer Fire Department, and Decatur County EMS were all assisted on the scene.
