(Guilford, IN) – A police standoff in Guilford ended around 5 pm Thursday.
The Dearborn County Sheriff’s Office posted on social media that there was heavy police activity in the downtown area on Main Street and advised residents to stay indoors and for others to avoid the area.
It’s not clear what prompted the hour-long standoff, and deputies haven’t said if anyone was arrested.
