Brock Lane got the win on the mound for the Cougars.
At the plate, Avery Seegers was the top hitter for South Decatur, going 4 for 4 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI. Other key hitters for South Decatur were Colby Rathburn and Devin Pate. Rathburn went 1 for 3 with 2 RBI. Pate went 1 for 4 at the plate with an RBI.
