Versailles, IN — Versailles firefighters and Ripley County EMS were involved in a rescue yesterday at Versailles State Park.
Rescuers walked two miles to assist a hiker who had fallen on one of the trails. Crews tended to the victim and carried them out in a Stokes basket.
The rescue operation took about 90 minutes to complete.
