BATESVILLE, IN — The City of Batesville’s second scheduled heavy trash collection day of 2022 is coming up Saturday, May 7.
“One of the key things is to make sure you get it out the night before because they (Rumpke) will literally show up that morning at 5 am,” Mayor Mike Bettice said. “I know I won’t be up at 5, but we will put our items out that night before.”

If you miss this weekend’s heavy trash pickup, two more are scheduled this year for August 6 and November 5.
