Harold Richards, 45, of Moores Hill passed away Friday, June 19, 2020 at his residence with family by his side. Harold was born Tuesday, July 2, 1974 in Escondido, California, the son of George and Susan (Chatham) Richards. He married Patricia (Patty) Faulkner on June 4, 2016 and she survives. Harold worked for Pri-Pak, also known as Refresco, as a maintenance technician. He was a member of the Sons of Milan Legion Post #235 and the Batesville United Steel Workers. He was a family man and loved them dearly. He enjoyed riding Harley’s; working around the house; tinkering in his garage; traveling; and cold miller lite.
Harold is survived by his wife Patty of Moores Hill; parents George and Susan Richards of Milan; daughters Ashton Richards of Moores Hill, Kayleejoe Phillips of Brownwood, Texas, and Cheyenne Sioux of Versailles; sons Chris Hines, Jesse Faulkner, and Brent Boyd all of Moores Hill; sisters Jody and Kelly Richards both of Milan; and grandchild Addilynn Faulkner of Milan. He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
A celebration of life will be held 6 PM Thursday, June 25, 2020 at Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home in Milan with Pastor Steve Faulkner officiating. Family and friends may gather to share and remember him 4 – 6 PM Thursday also at the funeral home. “Come as you are, casual dress, because you know he would.” In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the American Cancer Society.
