Halloween might be dry but still chilling

Southeastern Indiana—Halloween is almost here and I’m sure you are wondering, how many layers will the kiddos need to wear under their costumes for trick or treating.

Well according to meteorologist Jennifer Ketchmark, here is what you need to know about the Halloween outlook. She says it is looking more and more likely that rain will be tapering off as we get to trick-or-treat hours, but temperatures will be falling quickly along with gusty winds up to 40 mph. So while rain may not be an issue, larger costumes like those ever-popular inflatable costumes, may prove to be tricky in the wind.

Temperature predictions as of Tuesday morning, are showing to be around 45 degrees at 5 pm and around 38 degrees in southeastern Indiana by 8 pm Halloween evening.
