Indianapolis, Ind. — Indiana State Police say a truck carrying an American Flag and a “Make America Great Again” flag was targeted by gunfire on I-465 on the east side of Indianapolis Tuesday around 4 p.m.
The victim told police he was targeted by a white Chevrolet Malibu, with Louisiana license plates with black males inside. The car pulled alongside the truck while the passenger shot several times. The driver was described as a black male in his early 20’s. The passenger was identified as a light-skinned black male. No other information is available.
