Greensburg Police warn of vehicle break-ins

Greensburg, In. — The Greensburg Police Department is cautioning residents following several reports of vehicle break-ins.

Don’t be an easy target for thieves, keep valuables concealed or in the trunk, keep doors locked and windows up. Detectives say unlocked vehicles and valuables left in vehicles create crimes of opportunity.

Police say evidence has been collected and they are pursuing leads in the thefts. Information can be left confidentially by calling 812-663-3131.
