Wilmington, Oh. — Meteorologists from the National Weather Service say between four and five inches of rain fell in the tri-state over the weekend. The remnants of Tropical Storm Gordon has caused some roads to close and creeks and rivers to swell beyond capacity. Some locations in Ohio and Kentucky reported as much as eight inches of rain.
