Gerald Wayne Woliung, 76, of Moores Hill, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, January 15, 2026.
He was born on September 21, 1949, in Hamilton, Ohio, the son of the late August Woliung Jr. and Ruby J. (Swango) Woliung. Gerald proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy.
Gerald was employed by Thatcher Glass, where he dedicated many years of service.
He is survived by his loving spouse, Deborah (Russell) Woliung; his children, Douglas, Melinda, and Brian Woliung; grandchildren, Becca, Tyler, Mallory, Blake, Jordan, and Chase; four great-grandchildren; and siblings, Bob Woliung and Sheila Garlinghouse.
He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Ruby Woliung, and his brothers, Virgil and Alvin Woliung.
Friends will be received on Monday, January 19, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at Rullman Hunger Funeral Home. Masonic services will be held at 12:50 pm, with funeral services to immediately follow.
Interment will follow at Mt. Sinai Cemetery. Military graveside services will be conducted by the Southeastern Indiana Honor Guard.
