Brookville, IN—Thursday, April 23 by 11:59 p.m. is the deadline for the Franklin County Clerk to receive a mailed, hand-delivered, emailed or a faxed absentee ballot application from a voter who requests to vote by mail.
Noon on Monday, May 4 is the deadline for the Franklin County Clerk to receive a mailed, hand-delivered, or faxed absentee application from a voter with disabilities, a confined voter or a voter caring for a confined person that requests that the absentee ballots be delivered to the applicant by an absentee travel board.
Noon on Tuesday, May 5 is the deadline to receive a voted absentee ballot. (This does not apply to an overseas voter)
