(Franklin County, IN) – Franklin County Commissioners have lifted the burn ban, which has been in effect since earlier this month due to a lack of rainfall and extremely dry conditions.
Commissioners canceled the order in anticipation of all of the rain that is forecast for this weekend.
Burn bans were previously rescinded in Ripley, Decatur and Dearborn counties.
