Sunman, IN—The Ripley County Health Department will host a Public Flu Shot Clinic in Sunman on Monday, March 16 from 5-7 pm. The event will be held at the Sunman Community Park-Campbell building. The flu vaccine is recommended for anyone 65 and older and for anyone over 18 and not allergic to eggs. Please bring your insurance information with you to be billed. 87 people have now died this season from the influenza virus in Indiana as of March 6. That is up 18 people from last week’s reports according to data from the Indiana State Department of Health. The report indicates that the flu in Indiana is still widespread and high.
