Floyd Harrison Adams, of Napoleon, passed away at his home on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. He was born in Ison, Kentucky on November 1, 1940, the son of the late Albert and Maggie (Cornett) Adams. Floyd was one of ten children.
He entered the workforce early, spending several years at D & M Dishwashers in Connersville, as well as working for Gulf Plastic, Ripley County Beverage, and later retiring from Tool and Die in Batesville.
Floyd enjoyed collecting all sorts of treasures and proudly displaying them in his man cave. He loved his pets, enjoyed riding Harleys, playing euchre, hunting, and fishing. He was a proud member of the Moose Lodge and a supporter of ABATE. He also wanted to leave one final reminder to his grandson Tanner that he still owes him $5.00 for a bad bet on a Bengals game.
Floyd will be dearly missed by his wife, Debbie (Moore), whom he married on October 23, 1972; his sons Greg (Wendy), Jeff (Penny), and Brian; his daughter Missy (Mike) Herbert; his brothers Kenneth (Marcia) and Ben (Debbie); and several grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Ed, Bill, Woody, and Harlan; and his sisters Virginia, Lula Mae, and Sue.
Per his wishes, Floyd will be cremated and brought home.
