Five arrested on felony drug charges overnight

Columbus, IN—Early Wednesday morning five people were arrested on numerous charges as a result of an ongoing investigation that focused on repeat offenders in Columbus. Officers from the Columbus Police Department’s (CPD) Intelligence-Led Policing Unit (ILP) began an investigation after receiving tips from the public regarding possible illegal activity at a residence on Miami Court.
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle being driven by Mary Craig, 24, of Hartsville, and her passenger, Justin Sholty, 43, of Columbus. Authorities allegedly found them to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Officers stopped a second vehicle driven by Donald Moody, 49, of Columbus, and supposedly located methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside his car.
Shortly after midnight, CPD, ILP, and the CPD SWAT unit served a search warrant at the Miami Court home and apprehended Ryan Moody, 44, and Micah Orr, 29, both of Columbus. Officers reportedly found meth, heroin, marijuana, drug paraphernalia, and three firearms at the residence.
All five individuals were taken into custody. The investigation is ongoing.
Mary J. Craig was charged on allegations of Possession of Heroin and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 
Justin S. Sholty was charged on allegations of Possession of Heroin and Possession of a Legend Drug Injection Device.
Donald L. Moody was charged on allegations of Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 
Ryan A. Moody was charged on allegations of Possession of a Firearm by a Serious Violent Felon, Maintaining a Common Nuisance, Possession of Methamphetamine, Dealing in Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of a Legend Drug, Possession of a Legend Drug Injection Device and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 
Micah Orr was charged on allegations of Possession of Heroin, Visiting a Common Nuisance, and Possession of a Legend Drug Injection Device.
