(Laurel, IN) – The Franklin County Sheriff’s Office and Stayin’ Alive LCC will hold a drug take-back event in Laurel later this month.
Deputies will be in front of the Laurel police station and firehouse on Friday, September 29 from 5-7 p.m. for a drive-thru prescription medication drop-off.
They’ll collect unwanted, unused, and/or expired prescription medications for proper disposal.
Deputies say you can simply drive through and drop the meds in a collection box at the site without leaving your vehicle.
