Evergreen system causing delays at libraries

Statewide — Libraries across the state are experiencing issues with Evergreen Indiana.  The Evergreen system had an upgrade on Thanksgiving according to Kim Porter,  Executive Director of the Batesville Memorial Public Library. At this time, the updates are said to be complete on Wednesday, December 2nd. During this time, staff and patrons will not have access to the evergreen system.

This means staff at your local library will not be able to look up your account, renew items and/or place items on hold. Please be patient with staff as all check-ins will be done manually when the system is back up and running. Access to databases such as Hoopla will not be available at this time either.
