Lawrenceburg, In. — A jury in Dearborn County convicted Robert Judd Jr. of felony possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver, possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of a syringe. The jry also found Judd to be a habitual offender during the four-day trial.
Judd was initially arrested in May of 2018 when police found while investigating a report of suspicious activity near an abandoned home in Lawrenceburg. Judd was found with syringe and ¾ of a gram of methamphetamine packaged for sale.
Following a forensic examination of his phone police determined he had been corresponding with several subjects about the sale of drugs.
Dearborn-Ohio County prosecutor Lynn Deddens praised the work of the court, jury and investigators.
Sentencing has been set for November 2018.
