Batesville, IN — On Thursday evening, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to the scene of a one-vehicle accident on Five Point Road.
Through their investigation, Deputies determined that Zachery L. Fledderman, 36, of Indianapolis, was driving a 2007 Honda Odyssey westbound on Five Point Road, when his vehicle went off of the south side of the roadway, striking two large trees.
Fledderman was pronounced dead at the scene by the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. Deputies were assisted at the scene by the Batesville Fire Department, Batesville E.M.S., and the Franklin County Coroner’s Office. The accident is still under investigation.
