Dorothy Wilhelm, of Cedar Grove, was born on October 9, 1925 in Cedar Grove, the daughter of William and Marie Feller Wilhelm. She retired from Jay Garment and was a member of Holy Guardian Angels Church and Young at Heart. Dorothy enjoyed playing cards and gathering with her family and friends. On Friday, March 2, 2018 at the age of 92, she passed away at Shawneespring in Harrison, Ohio after a short illness.
Those surviving who will cherish Dorothy’s memory include nieces and nephews; Kim Wilhelm of West Chester, OH, Lori (Tim) Wright of West Harrison, Stephen (Deborah) Wilhelm of Connersville, Catherine (William) Follmer of Omaha, NE, Mary Wilhelm of Colorado Springs, CO, and William Wilhelm of Shelbyville, as well as several great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, William, Jacob, Julius and Leonard Wilhelm.
Friends may visit with the family on Thursday, March 8, 2018 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Cook Rosenberger Funeral Home, 929 Main Street, Brookville. Fr. Sean Danda will officiate a Mass of Christian burial on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Guardian Angels Church, Cedar Grove. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
