Westport, In. — As of 4:30 a.m. Saturday, January 13 the Duke Energy website reports the power in the Westport area has been restored.

About 1,000 Duke Energy customers braved the latest winter weather event with no power. Volunteer fire departments in Westport and Letts were opened for some residents of Westport, Burnsville and Grammer on Friday afternoon.
