(Dearborn County, IN) – The Indiana Association of Public Education Foundations (IAPEF) celebrates the role of education foundations in supporting academic success.
The Dearborn County Retired Teachers Foundation (DCRTF) is a member of IAPEF.
Indiana Public Education Foundation Day, held annually on the second Tuesday of February, highlights their contributions.
This year’s commemoration is this coming Tuesday, February 11.
DCRTF says education foundations raise private funds for local school district initiatives that public funding doesn’t cover, and prioritize student and staff well-being and provide funding for innovative opportunities.
