Greensburg, IN — The Decatur County Health Department reports it is seeing an increase in the number of complaints regarding non-compliance of the mask mandate at local businesses.
Sean Durbin, Public Health Coordinator and Environmental Health Specialist, would like to remind the community that per Executive Order #20-43, masks are required to be worn in all public spaces. Failure to enforce could be considered a violation of IOSHA requirements to provide their employees with a workplace free from recognized hazards likely to cause death or serious physical harm.
