An early afternoon crash sent four people to the hospital on Thursday.
Police say 46-year-old Stacey Kiser of Versailles was driving her 2012 GMC Denali on Benham Road in Versailles between CR 700 and 800S when her vehicle drifted left of center for unknown reasons.
Her vehicle collided head on with a 2002 Chrysler 300 driven by Alyssa Svatba, 22, of Versailles.
Svatba had her three children in the car including a 3-year-old and 1-year-old twins.
Svatba was airlifted to University Hospital in Cincinnati for numerous lacerations and shoulder pain. The police report indicated the children appeared to be uninjured but were taken to Margaret Mary Hospital as a precaution.
Kiser was uninjured. The crash remains under investigation.
