Rising Sun, IN —During the August meeting of the Rising Sun Common Council meeting on Thursday, the Council made the difficult decision to cancel the 2020 Navy Bean Festival due to the COVID 19 epidemic in the interest of safety for the citizens and the surrounding communities.
