Brookville, In. — Franklin County commissioners have approved a plan to place LED caution signs at a slab crossing in the wake of the death of a Clarksburg woman this year. Carol Jackson, 63, was swept away in Flood waters on Pipe Creek Road on New Year’s Eve, her body was found a day later.
The signs are solar-battery powered and cost $1,600 each
