Southeastern, IN – Civista Bank announces its new Curbside Service available at select branches. With this service, customers can avoid a lobby visit and conduct select non-cash transactions from the comfort of their vehicles.
In Southeastern Indiana those branchers are:
• Aurora
• Lawrenceburg – US 50
• Lawrenceburg – Stateline
• Milan
• West Harrison – St. Leon
Customers can follow an easy, three-step process to utilize Civista Curbside Service. First, they will call a participating branch to schedule a Curbside appointment. Next, when they arrive for their appointment at the branch, they will park in a designated Curbside Service spot. Finally, they will let the branch know they have arrived by calling the number listed on the parking sign and their Civista Banker will be out to assist them with their transaction.
Select non-cash transactions will be available through Curbside Service. Cash transactions and other services not available through Curbside Service may be conducted by visiting a Civista branch lobby or drive-thru.
