GREENSBURG, IN — Formal charges have been filed against two women in connection with last week’s Silver Alert out of Greensburg.
Eight-year-old Ryan Turner was found safe Friday in a Greenwood hotel in the company of his non-custodial mother and a second woman.
Ryan’s mother, 34-year-old Alicia Turner, allegedly took him out of Greensburg without the boy’s custodial parent’s permission. She is charged with kidnapping and probation violations.
Thirty-nine-year-old Lucy Boyer of Charlestown is also charged in the case with kidnapping and assisting a criminal.
