Cecil Spurlock, 94, of Milan passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, at Margaret Mary Hospital. Cecil was born on Tuesday, December 9, 1930, in Clay County, Kentucky; son of M.C. Spurlock and Marybell (Davidson) Spurlock. Cecil worked as a factory worker at Harrison Steel. He served in the United States Army. He enjoyed fishing and woodworking. He was an avid walker, avid hunter, and tobacco farmer.
Cecil will be missed by his son Dencil Spurlock and several grandchildren.
Cecil was preceded in death by his parents M.C. and Marybell Spurlock; daughters Denise Spurlock and Betty Yorn; and several brothers and sisters.
There are no services at this time. Memorials may be given in honor of Cecil to Laws-Carr-Moore Funeral Home to defray funeral expenses.
