Catherine Joan Konzelman, 76

Catherine Joan Konzelman, 76, of Greensburg passed away on August 24, 2024. She was born on August 9, 1948 in Greensburg, Indiana the daughter of John William and Clara Mae Ruble. Catherine was a 1966 graduate of Greensburg Community High School. On September 24, 1970 she married Steven Konzelman. Over the years, Catherine worked for Randall Company and Delta Faucet. She was a member of the Jayceettes, and was a proud participant of Foster Grandparents for Greensburg Elementary School. Catherine loved to help take care of children, and often gave a helping hand to others when needed. She loved her Great Danes, flowers, and her family most of all. Catherine enjoyed going to the sports games of all her children.
Survivors include: husband, Steven Konzelman; children, Keith (Kris) Konzelman, Stacy (Dale) Konzelman, and Darren (Shana) Konzelman; great granddaughter, Nella Konzelman; sister, Joyce Bray; aunt, Pat Parker; and the children she raised, Jalen, Tyra Jackson, and Jayda Morris. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Mike Ruble, John Ruble, and Brian Ruble; and grandson, Brennan Konzelman.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Thursday, August 29, 2024 at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home from 11 AM until the time of the funeral at 1 PM. Pastor Greg Redd will be officiating. Burial will follow at Old Richland Cemetery. Memorial contributions can be made to Our Hospice of South Central Indiana.
