The 5th Grade Cardinals picked up their second win of the season Tuesday night with a dominant 14-4 victory at Laurel. The team delivered a strong defensive performance, limiting rebounds and forcing the Yellow Jackets into tough shots.
It was the Cardinals’ best passing game of the year, as the girls worked together to create open opportunities for their teammates. Eleanor Spielmann led the charge with 6 points, while Grace Flaspohler added 4. Lesley Nunez and Cora Gribben each contributed 2 points.
With the win, the Cardinals improve to 2-3 on the season.
