
The matter was tabled last month, and those who signed up to speak for and against the plan in August but didn’t get the chance to do so were given the opportunity to voice their opinions at this week’s meeting held in the Greensburg High School auditorium. Similar to last month, the BZA meeting was moved to the school to accommodate a large crowd.
After hearing from both sides, the board raised questions about a number of issues, including road use agreements, decommissioning, who is responsible for damage to the surrounding property owners land, and panel disposal.
The vote to deny the petition was unanimous.
