The Batesville High School wrestling team traveled to wrestle in the East Central Super 6-way this weekend. Competing teams include: Batesville, Cambridge City Lincoln, Columbus North, East Central, Lawrenceburg, and Rushville. The East Central Trojans finished the day in the lead with a perfect 5-0 record. The Bulldogs ended the day in 5th place after beating out Cambridge City Lincoln. This win moved the team’s record to 5-16. Earning high honors on the day came from freshman JT Linkel by beating all of his opponents in the 132 lb class.
