The Batesville wrestling team traveled to Rushville to compete in the Rushville 5-way wrestling duals. Competing teams include: Batesville, Centerville, Connersville, Greensburg, and Rushville. The Rushville Lions ended the day in first place winning all dual match-ups.
Despite losing the overall team dual scores the Bulldogs had many good individual wins on the day. This was led by senior Chris Schene ending his day with four wins and zero losses in the 152 lb class. Additional Bulldogs leading the team include Caleb Bischoff-Niese and JT Linkel (a pair of freshman) earning three wins on the day each.
