The Batesville Bulldogs Freshman Boys Basketball team traveled to Rushville Saturday morning to face off against the Rushville Lions C Team. Trailing at halftime by 2 after a back and forth game, the Batesville Freshman secured the lead in the third and never looked back, winning 51-25.
Hank Ritter and Jack Grunkemeyer each had 14, while Conner Drake added 7 points. The Bulldogs will face Milan at home on Tuesday at 6 pm.
The Boy’s Freshman Bulldogs faced off against Milan for the second time this season, getting their second win against the Indians 50-26.
The Bulldogs were led in scoring by Hank Ritter with 16 and Sam Johnson with 11.
The last game of the regular season game for the Bulldogs will be on Thursday the 21st against South Ripley.
